Guidelines for Authors

Literary Voice adheres to rigorous academic standards to ensure the quality and consistency of published work. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below when preparing their submissions:

Format of the Paper

  1. Style and Formatting:

   - Manuscripts must conform to the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers (8th Edition). 

   - Use Times New Roman, font size 12, with single spacing and justified alignment. 

   - Submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Office (latest version) and saved in .doc or .docx format. 

  1. Structure of the Manuscript:

   - First Page: 

     - Title/Sub-Title: Clearly state the title or sub-title of the research paper. 

     - Abstract: Include a concise abstract of approximately 150 words, summarizing the key points of the paper. 

     - Keywords: Provide 4-6 relevant keywords to facilitate indexing and discoverability. 

     - Author Information: Include the full name(s), designation, official address, and email address of the author(s). 

  1. Length of the Manuscript:

   - Articles should be approximately 4000 words, inclusive of the Works Cited section. 

Submission Requirements

- Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and free from plagiarized content. 

- Declaration: Authors must include a statement confirming that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere and that it adheres to ethical research practices. 

- Non-English Content: Any quotations or references in languages other than English must be accompanied by an English translation within the text (in parentheses).
