Authors submitting to Literary Voice are required to carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Submissions will not be processed unless a signed copy of these terms, endorsed by all contributing authors, is submitted along with the manuscript.

Copyright Policy

- All content published in Literary Voice is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0)

  - This license allows others to copy, distribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original work. 

  - The material cannot be used for commercial purposes. 

- Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Literary Voice the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, allowing others to share and adapt the work with appropriate credit to the author(s) and acknowledgment of its initial publication in Literary Voice. 

Submission Requirements

- By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that: 

  - The work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. 

  - All authors have approved the submission and agree to the journal’s terms and conditions. 

- Authors are responsible for obtaining copyright permissions for any reproduced material, including long quotations, diagrams, maps, images, or other copyrighted content included in their submissions. 

Copyright Violation and Plagiarism

- Authors bear sole responsibility for any copyright violations or plagiarism in their submissions. 

- Neither the publisher nor the editorial team of Literary Voice can be held accountable for such issues. 

- Submissions found to violate copyright or contain plagiarized material will be rejected immediately, and further action may be taken in accordance with academic integrity policies. 

 

Royalties and Payments

- Literary Voice does not provide royalties or payments to authors for their published works. 

- The journal operates on a non-commercial basis, ensuring free access to all published content for readers worldwide. 

Formatting and Templates

- Authors must prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers (8th Edition). 

- Final submissions must follow the template provided by Literary Voice to ensure consistency and adherence to journal standards. 

Sharing and Archiving

- Published content is licensed under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, allowing: 

  - Sharing: Non-commercial sharing of the work with proper attribution. 

  - Archiving: Archiving of content for academic or non-commercial purposes, provided the original publication in Literary Voice is acknowledged. 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

- Literary Voice reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Authors will be notified of significant changes, and continued submissions imply acceptance of the revised terms. 

Author Responsibilities

- Authors must: 

  - Inform the editor and acknowledge Literary Voice as the first publisher if the work is reused or republished elsewhere. 

  - Include the original link to the publication in Literary Voice when sharing or reusing the work. 

  - Ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and agreed to the submission and terms. 

By submitting to Literary Voice, authors agree to abide by these terms and conditions, contributing to the journal’s mission of promoting ethical, high-quality, and accessible scholarly publishing.
