Authors are requested to read the following Terms and Conditions very carefully. Submissions shall not be accepted unless the authors submit a copy of these Terms and Conditions with the signature of all authors responsible for the article entry.

Copyright

All articles and contents published in Literary Voice are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. According to the license terms, people can copy and distribute the material in any medium or format, and they can remix, transform, and build upon the material. However, the material cannot be used for commercial purposes. Students, scholars, or readers can access the issues of Literary Voice free of cost from our official website.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License. This license allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Submission

By submitting an article for publication, the authors confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted or is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

Copyright Permission from Others

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from copyright holders for the reproduction of articles, long quotations, diagrams, maps, and images included in their submissions.

Copyright Violation

In cases of copyright violation and/or plagiarism, the authors bear sole responsibility. Neither the publisher nor the editors can be held accountable or made a party to such cases.

No Payment

The publisher or the journal does not pay any royalties to authors or researchers for their articles or works.

Formatting

Authors must prepare the final manuscript in accordance with the template provided by Literary Voice.

Sharing

The published contents are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. Materials can be shared for non-commercial purposes.

Archiving

Authors and others may archive contents of the journal in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License for academic and non-commercial purposes.

Authors and contributors should understand distinctly that we reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions of the journal at any time.

The authors keep the copyrights. However, the author will inform the Editor and acknowledge the credit to Literary Voice as the first publisher and include the original link location in their works.

While submitting any piece of writing or illustration with us for publication, the authors must declare that the same has not been sent or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Authors are responsible for getting permission from Copyright Holders for the reproduction of articles, long quotations, diagrams, maps, and images in the articles, essays, or illustrations that they submit for publication in the journal.

In case of copyright violation or/and plagiarism solely the author/s will remain responsible and the publisher of the Literary Voice Journal cannot be held responsible and made a party to such cases.

Authors will have to prepare the final MS in accordance with the template supplied by us.
